M FOR MONTREAL’s annual cycle remains the same year after year. You can't change a winning formula! Take note of the important dates so you don't miss any business development opportunities.

Call for artists: March 2024 to June 2024 // Festival/conference event: November 20-23, 2024 in Montreal.

First, visit our Ticketing page to find out which ticket best suits your needs. Second, remember that the earlier you buy your ticket, the more money you’ll save!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy a ticket on site during the event. You must therefore get your accreditation before the event, online.

Enhance your experience by signing up for atypical networking events. There's no better way to connect than by sharing a meal, or a cocktail with industry colleagues.

You can register for the networking dinner when you purchase your PRO badge.

We want to make your travel easier by providing you with as many tools as possible to plan your stay in Montreal. Plan your trips and find out all the documents you need to enter Canada by visiting the Transportation and Accommodation page.

Arrivals after 6:00 p.m. : Delegates arriving after the accreditation counter has closed can pick up a wristband for the evening showcases at the room where the evening program is taking place. Please exchange it the next day at the accreditation counter for your badge in order to have access to the entire event.

Once you are accredited, you will be able to download the M for Montreal mobile application. The platform will allow you to network freely with your industry colleagues, as well as find your way around the schedule of activities. The app will definitely be your best sidekick for the duration of the event.

We encourage you to complete your profile quickly. It will help you connect with your peers faster! You will be able to download the application on November 6th.

Pre-event preparation is not to be underestimated! Here are some tips to maximize the potential benefits of your presence at the event. Remember, the conference event is ultimately about generating business opportunities, so we encourage you to do everything you can to make sure they happen.

Discover the complete list of delegates who will be on site and identify those with whom you wish to connect. You can easily convene them in a virtual meeting, or face-to-face via the mobile application. Learn more about the full program, and make sure you don't miss anything on site. Don't forget to bring your paper or digital (ideally digital!) business card to ensure you can easily connect with your colleagues during your impromptu meetings.

You have been selected for a showcase? You will have the opportunity to perform a 25-minute except from your show in front of over 500 delegates from around the world, including over 80 presenters. Prepare your showcase by identifying your best material, but also the one that grabs the most attention.

Make sure you offer a memorable moment to the professionals in the room. In advance, we strongly recommend that you participate in the 4 days of professional activities and showcases to maximize your networking opportunities.

Here are some recommendations to make your presence at Mundial Montreal more profitable. Make sure you have a good system in place so you don't lose any contact information. Keep a record of the business cards you receive, and have a system in place to record the contact information of your peers.

Be sure to follow up with your colleagues within 2 weeks of the event.
