M FOR MONTREAL AT SXSW: 4 EVENINGS OF MUSICAL DISCOVERIES YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS!

M for Montreal continues the tradition and goes to Texas for a week. At its schedule: four days of musical discoveries from across North America during the SXSW festival.

M FOR MUSIC WONDERLAND
M for Montreal, with the collaboration of the Government of Quebec, invites you to join the artists’ showcase presented as part of Quebec Creative Wonderland day, going on March 14. The event will propose a dive into Quebec’s creative hotbed! Immersive environments, art, technology, food and live music all mix together into a full day & night of inspiring conferences, thrilling networking and grooving beats. Quebec Creative Wonderland day will wrap up this day with a musical party presented by M for Montreal, on the indoor and outdoor stages of Swan Dive.

M FOR MONTREAL MISH-MASH
On March 16, still at the Swan Dive, the traditional Montreal Mish-Mash party will be held, organized by M for Montreal and Pop Montreal, in collaboration with SODEC. Thirteen artists from Montreal and Toronto will occupy both the stage and the bar’s terrace. Montrealer Paul Jacobs will break the ice during the evening’s opening cocktail. He will be followed by Magi Merlin, Yoo Doo Right, Population II, Choses Sauvages, Luna Li and 2021 Polaris Prize winner Cadence Weapon and six more artists selected by Pop Montreal.

M FOR MYSTERY
Last but not least, on March 18 and 19, M for Montreal is renewing its collaboration with the legendary BrooklynVegan for two days of party with a secret lineup which won’t be revealed until the very last minute. It’s that collaboration that allowed Austin audiences to celebrate alongside Duchess Says, Plants and Animals, Voivod and Andrew WK in recent years. This event is obviously not to be missed!
