M for Montreal will, once again, be taking part in the SXSW’s 2025 edition, one of the largest gatherings for music, film and interactive media, both for the general public in Texas and for industry professionals from around the world. M for Montreal will be there from March 9th to 15th, showcasing Canadian artists and providing networking opportunities for members of the Canadian industry.

M for Montreal works year-round to propel Quebec and Canadian artists as well as professionals onto the international stage. With a targeted and agile approach, we adapt to market needs and the artists we support by creating concrete export opportunities. Crafted to seal the deal, we put everything in place to help music from here cross borders and reach new audiences.
Through our On the Road initiatives, we showcase talents at major events across North America and Europe, maximizing visibility and growth opportunities. SXSW is one of the key stops in this mission—a strategic hub where artists can build valuable connections and take their careers to the next level.
Industry members are all invited to Swan Dive on March 12 at 8pm for the classic evening reception presented by M pour Montréal and POP Montréal in collaboration with QUEBECREATES.
Starting 8pm, 10 Canadian artists will share the Swan Dive’s indoor and outdoor stages, to the delight of professionals and the general public. Prepare your ears to enjoy a variety of musical genres, from post-punk and psychedelic rock to electronic and alternative-pop!
