Take part in the 2024 edition of M for Montreal

After a remarkable 18th edition in 2023, with an Official Selection that was beyond expectations and a public component (MARATHON) that lived up to its name, we are extremely enthusiastic about our 19th edition. With an in-person edition in Montreal alongside with an interactive platform that facilitates connections, we look forward to seeing you from November 20 to 23.

The Call for artists, presented by La Caisse Desjardins de la Culture, is now open. Artists wishing to apply to perform at M for Montreal can now submit their applications. This form is mainly dedicated to Canadian artists wishing to present a showcase as part of the Official Selection of the 19th edition.

International artists wishing to perform as part of M for Montreal and its other components (MARATHON festival, partner showcases, etc.) are also invited to apply via this same form. The call is open until midnight June 14.

To submit your project, you need to fill the form available at the bottom of this page. Please note that an administrative fee of 45$ CAD is required for each artist application.

How to apply and perform at M for Montreal?

M for Montreal is looking for artists who wish to develop their careers at a national and international level. Having a team in place, an album commercialized, a few shows done, and followers on socials are strong assets to get selected without being mandatory.

What if the project is selected?
