M pour Montréal will be in Toulouse from August 29 to September 1 for the Rose Festival. As part of the second edition of its Tremplin program offering mentoring, coaching and training for French artists, M pour Montréal is collaborating with the Rose Festival to organize a day of networking with 30 music professionals. The participants are local, national and European, working in festivals, booking, press, concert halls and labels in hip-hop, rap and pop.
In addition to propelling promising careers, the Tremplin de Rose festival offers artists programming on the Saint-Pierre stage, which acts as the festival’s discovery stage. On August 31, M pour Montréal will present Ya Cediton and Parazar as its two showcases for Canadian artists.
During the professional event presented by M pour Montréal, on August 31, it will be the ideal time to meet members of the Quebec industry on site, and to discover a line-up of francophone rap artists, through the two Canadian showcases also organized on the same day.

The Rose Festival was born of Bigflo and Oli’s desire to create an innovative, multi-faceted cultural festival with a long-term presence in the Toulouse region.
It was an idea that had been germinating for a long time, and which came to fruition on September 2 & 3, 2022, when the first edition of the Rose Festival was held, featuring some twenty concerts and cultural events, the artistic direction of which was instigated by Bigflo & Oli themselves: “We chose them mainly out of kiffe”. The first year was a sell-out, with big names such as Damso, Paul Ka, Laylow, Bigflo et Oli, IAM, Ben Mazué and many others…
The Rose Festival also has a strong associative component, thanks to the creation of its Tremplin section and the Rose Association. “We felt strongly about creating our own association to promote culture among young people”, which has three main missions: the artistic development of young talent, cultural mediation with young people, and access to culture for the underprivileged.
